Introducing Our YouTube Channel — Join the Journey to Shape the Future of Education

Today marks an important moment for us at STAR21. We’ve just released our first video to introduce our new YouTube channel — and it’s more than just an introduction. It’s an open invitation to join us on a journey.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: to use AI to provide feedback that is specific, timely, actionable, and regular — feedback built for the 21st century. This is what we call our STAR approach, and it’s at the heart of everything we do.

In the video, we introduce Starlight — the UK’s first AI-powered coaching platform for teachers. Starlight gives private, developmental feedback within minutes of a lesson. No judgment. No bureaucracy. Just insight that sparks growth. Where traditional coaching systems are often limited by time and availability, Starlight creates an abundance of support for teachers, available on their terms, even every lesson if they choose.

But Starlight is only the beginning. Through our Constellation dashboard, senior leadership teams also gain an abundance of insight — focused analysis and evaluation that highlights strengths and identifies areas for growth, all while safeguarding the trust essential for effective coaching.
